FAU FNP class August 2018

Published

Hi! I wanted to create a space for any applicants to FAUs FNP or AGNP program beginning in August 2018 to post updates :)

Specializes in Psych, Substance Abuse, Case Management.

3.6 GPA, Boca campus, 3 years LPN, 3 years RN, BA in journalism, membership in NAMI and APNA.

Has anyone received directions in the mail re:background check instructions yet?

I got my official acceptance letter yesterday in the mail. On the letter in the first paragraph it tells you the webaddress where to go: Process, Procedures and Forms : Florida Atlantic University - Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing

I received my official acceptance in the mail yesterday! Does anyone have the curriculum for the masters FNP program? Or know how many semesters it is?

I called to ask and I'm not sure of the semester break down but it's 2.5 years

Has anyone been notified yet that they are not admitted? My status still says complete and Referred to the department. Patiently waiting :)

I am still waiting too... I'm so nervous.... not sure why it's taking so long but starting to think I didn't get in

Is anyone planning on taking any courses this summer? There are four classes you can take as a non-degree seeking student prior to the program begins in the fall and they are recommending to take Advanced Patho to reduce the workload in the fall.

I didn't know we had the option to, but that sounds like a good idea. I might. Where did you get this information?

I read on a previous thread that if you are not accepted your status says denied. I would still have hope because I am sure there are people who applied to multiple schools and might choose to go to another school. =]

Thank you, fingers crossed just wished they would say yes or no.

Anything yet? Still Referred to department on my staus
