Fastest LPN to BSN Program

I was wondering what the quickest way to either get LPN to RN or LPN to BSN was. In What city? or What program out there will get you it the fast.

The University of Phoenix also has an LPN-BSN program. It requires 6 months of experience befroe you start but I believe the program is 16 months.

For anyone doing online LPN-RN programs, make sure you only plan on practicing in the states that recognize the programs.
