Is it possible to finish an ADN program in 5 semesters? i currently work 12 hours a week, and want to devote full time to finish school. are their any programs in southern california?
i know it will be hectic but while i'm able to work less hours and focus on my studies, i've heard it can be possible.

I'm sure it is but as others have posted there is no way to speed up nursing school. The only thing you can do to speed things up is take over full time with your pre reqs.
That is what I'm interested in. i wonder if they have that in southern california.
The only one I know of is CSULB, which is a bachelor's program (doesn't mean more don't exist) and is still 5 semesters, you just have the option of going through summer or not (which makes you graduate a semester early). The accelerated programs mrsboots87 mentioned are usually second bacc programs, and are also for BSN.
Board of Registered Nursing - RN Programs
Take a look at this list, and start researching the different schools. Each should have its own website, and they'll have contact info if you have specific questions. If they have any kind of accelerated program, they'll list it on their website. They generally will post what the curriculum is for each semester. There's also a column for accelerated fast track programs, so you can specifically research those if you want.
