Hi everyone!

I am applying to the Advanced Standing Nursing Program at Farmingdale for Spring 2020. Just wanted to see if there is anyone else out there applying. If you would like to share your grades, feel free! Good luck to everyone! ??‍⚕️

GPA: 3.67

TEAS: 82.7

They gave me the wrong schedule that I chose. Ugh. They gave me cohort A instead of B. I’m gonna email them to see if I can have my original choice. I thought it was just clinicals that you might not get your first choice?

The clinicals you chose determined your schedule. So like Plainview was cohort B so I got the B schedule but if idk valley stream was cohort A and you had both Plainview and valley stream down and they put you in valley stream you got schedule cohort A.

They def messed mine up. I got the total opposite schedule. All the clinicals I picked was all in B schedule and they have me A

I wrote on mine "cohort B" with no preference for any hospital. They put me in cohort A. I suppose a lot of people wanted B. ?‍♀️

I got Syosset Hospital

I still did not receive my schedule.. Did anyone hear back about the DEU program?

I have not heard anything about the DEU. I feel like they haven’t picked yet.

@Vb002 did you write your essay for the DEU program? If so, did you receive a schedule yet? I know someone who wrote his essay, but received a schedule with a clinical location. I have received nothing so I am a bit confused!

Yes I wrote the essay almost 2 weeks ago. I have not received a schedule yet. Did the person you know who wrote the essay get the DEU for his clinical rotation? Maybe they are going on ABC order? My last name is V I’m always one of the last when that’s the case.

They did pick the 7 people for the DEU! I received an email yesterday afternoon!

I was just accepted off the waitlist so I have yet to receive my schedule yet. Could someone send what one of the schedules are like? Just curious about what the lay out is and how long the days will be.
