Famu Nursing Fall 2014 Hopefuls

Hello Everyone! Happy New Yearrrr

So literally the only thing I can think about anymore is whether or not we've been accepted, so I checked my calendar to look at how much longer until admission decisions are made and noticed it's only 11 days away you guys... Over 2 months of anxiety about whether or not we get in has come down to just 11 days...

Hey ladies!! I just finished all of my perquisites at a Community College, earning my AA Degree, and I plan on transferring to FAMU's nursing school. However, I have a few questions. For all the ladies that are transfer students, did any of you take any of the courses that was "recommended" on the curriculum? As well as I wanted to know if anyone took the College Level Academic Skills (CLAS) prior to turning in your application?

I am currently a transfer student from a community college as well. I took most of the recommended classes other than African American history and I believe a technology class. I didn't take CLAS prior to applying to the nursing program and I thought they got rid of that test , but apparently not. Hope this helps

So are they going to call "Everyone" Aug 6? Or starting Aug 6 and throughout the week?

I'm guessing so because they have to let people send in their transcripts.
