Id prefer to live with those majoring in the same field. Like minded, serious individuals. To study together work as a team to ensure our success. Don't want to be matched with a roommate because the roommate matching services at a lot of the complexes suck. They match you with anybody. And not everyone is serious about school how I am.

I have one roommate now but we are moving in a 4/4. She's in her 5th year of pharmacy school so definitely a serious student when it comes to school. We both have yorkie puppies. We are moving to The Blvd in August. 2 bedrooms are available if anyone is interested. Would be great to have someone else there that's in the same classes I will be in. I'm not from Tallahassee so I too will be looking for a roommate when accepted. But I can only stay in a apartment or condo that have a famu route. I would appreciate it if someone can list some affordable apartments that are near Famu please. I have been looking at the blvd but I didn't like the fact utilities are not included.

I've actually have been looking at the cottages of Magnolia and Star suite but then again I'm not from tally so my impressions are based off their web sites

Probably 90% of the apartments here don't include utilities, well I will say electricity bc that's all you pay. That's how most student housing is set up. Only water, internet, and cable are included in rent.

Some apartments have utility caps but like she said 90% don't cover that

Oh ok thanks for letting know. Sorry the whole apartment thing is confusing in tally compared to my city.
