How common is a false positive proved with blood tests they say I tested positive they won't tell me for what I requested a retest they said they'll use the other half of the sample they already took which doesn't make sense to me

You need to get an attorney. You shouldn't have been in monitoring to start with. There shouldn't be a "one year rule out monitoring program" because that defeats the purpose of the SUD eval to start with. ****** me off how they treat people. I would get a lawyer. It looks like they aren't going to relent and sometimes, the Best Defense is by playing Aggressive Offense.
