Thought I would start a thread for the fall semester! Anyone who wants to share their stats or anything about the application process can post them here! My stats as of now...
Pre-nursing GPA: 3.54
Science GPA: 3.67
HESI: 87.7
Pretty worried that my stats aren't good enough. Scored low on the A&P section of the HESI (80%) but made an A in the class...hoping maybe that will help even it out? I get discourage when I read through the other threads and see people get rejected with 4.0 GPA's and 90s on the HESI. I do have 80 volunteering hours at a children's hospital but I doubt that would help me enough.
Yes on MYUTH, it shows a green check-mark that stands fro admitted and it gives me the option to accept or decline. The only email i received was asking me to check my updated status on MYUTH student portal.

so happy for the students that got accepted. I have a classmate that started this Monday for the spring so excited for people that are in!
Hi its my first time on this thread I just found out that I got accepted I'm so happy!!!! My overall HESI score was 86% I just wanted to let yall know not to get discouraged if you do not feel that your score is competitive enough.
What exact time was your email ? It's their first time doing it on a Tuesday i believe
I haven't seen any change in my status yet but congrats to those who were accepted today! If you take a look at the date people started receiving acceptances for the Fall 2016 forum, it was April 12, 2016 & that was a Tuesday!

At 5:30 pm on the dot. I was leaving work and saw the email ... needless to say it was the longest drive home ever. I felt I was getting caught in every red light ... i couldnt get home fast enough.
Congratulations to all of you guys who've been accepted so far!
I remember reading in the Summer thread that the first wave of acceptances came the first night (around 5:30) and the second wave started coming in between 9:30-10:30 the next morning. I'm not sure if this is a routine thing or not, but I bet more people will find out today. Yay!
Make sure y'all check your junk mail! It's been sitting in mine since 5:30 last night and I just opened it this morning!! good luck to the rest of y'all!!
