Thought I would start a thread for the fall semester! Anyone who wants to share their stats or anything about the application process can post them here! My stats as of now...
Pre-nursing GPA: 3.54
Science GPA: 3.67
HESI: 87.7
Pretty worried that my stats aren't good enough. Scored low on the A&P section of the HESI (80%) but made an A in the class...hoping maybe that will help even it out? I get discourage when I read through the other threads and see people get rejected with 4.0 GPA's and 90s on the HESI. I do have 80 volunteering hours at a children's hospital but I doubt that would help me enough.
I see on the UTHSON website that Fall acceptances are to be sent out on June 15th. Why do you all think that is? Are acceptances/denials/waitlists sent out from June 1st (expected date) until June 15th?

Maybe June 15th is the latest we will here something whether its denials/acceptances/waitlists and June 1st is when we can expect to begin hearing decisions.

I haven't posted on here yet, but I just spoke to someone from admissions for some questions about my transcript. She said that letters would be going out June 1st, not June 15th. Hopefully this is true

I agree wholeheartedly pearl! If this is the type of support we can expect from our cohort members, there wont be much we cant accomplish. Im rooting for all of us, and trying not to lose my mind in the process. When I do however, it helps to remember that this is just my first attempt, and that there are others who have gone through this anxiety inducing process multiple times. I can only imagine what you all must be going through yet again. :/

Yup! I agree with both of you guys. It's nice to be able to chat with people who are all in the same boat. We've all worked really hard to get to this point so fingers crossed we all get in!
