Thought I would start a thread for the fall semester! Anyone who wants to share their stats or anything about the application process can post them here! My stats as of now...
Pre-nursing GPA: 3.54
Science GPA: 3.67
HESI: 87.7
Pretty worried that my stats aren't good enough. Scored low on the A&P section of the HESI (80%) but made an A in the class...hoping maybe that will help even it out? I get discourage when I read through the other threads and see people get rejected with 4.0 GPA's and 90s on the HESI. I do have 80 volunteering hours at a children's hospital but I doubt that would help me enough.
No:( a friend of mine who is also on the waitlist called the nursing office today at 1pm and asked when we will be updated. Lady that answered told her by today. It is now 4:09pm and still nothing.....ughhhhhh

My husband and I were just researching all the forums. Apparently they send their acceptances from the waitlist around 5-5:30. Probably so they can leave and not answer all our phone calls lmao let's keep our fingers crossed?:/

I too called on Friday and left a message with a lady who has thus far, been very friendly and helpful. That was around 10 AM. Didn't hear anything back Friday or yesterday so I will call again today. I want to get to the bottom of this transcript evaluation kerfuffle.

Ok so they emailed us at 7am this morning. My friend and I were both denied saying the class was full. Hah we knew it though...so now hopefully we will hear about fall now ! (:

Casey! Try to see if you can squeeze any more info out of them about when we're getting notified about admissions. I know you probably won't find out anything new but it's worth a try! :)
Also, has anyone started dreaming about whether they got in or not yet? I had a dream last night that I was waitlisted, but that I found "the list", erased my ranking and rewrote my name at the top. Then I got in. SUPER ethical! :)
