What classes are you taking and when do you start? And just to give us something to look forward to, when do you graduate? :chuckle
I am taking Growth and Development

I am an LPN finishing up my pre-reqs for the RN program, which I will hopefully start in May of '06.
I start Monday, August 15. Blah...
How about y'all?
I don't start until September 28th! I am taking Nursing I, 5 credits. I can't even buy my books on my account until September 12th. I am going crazy waiting so long. I will graduate in June of 2007. Good luck everyone!!Lisa
We start the 29th here and it will be my first semester of my ADN program I have all the prereq's done and I am taking 13 hours (10 nursing and 3 english) I am trying to also get my prereq's out of hte way for the BSN so I can go straight to the bridge program after I graduate in May 2007 with my ADN. Anyways here is what I am taking
English 1302-online
Rnsg 1162- Clinical 1 from 7am-7pm Mondays
RNSG 1215- health Assesment from 8-3 Tuesdays
RNSG 1231- clinical decision making from 8-3 Wednesday
RNSG 1513- foundations for nursing practice from 8-3 Thursday
WOO HOO no school on FRIDAYS!!!
I started back this Monday. After a lazy semester of just taking psych (no care plans..yeah!) I'm having a hard time getting back into the routine. I was a little shell shocked when I got the schedule the 2 nursing courses I'm taking: OB/Peds and Professional Issues. I'm also taking a college student success course that's required to graduate. Its gonna be a crazy 16 weeks but I keep telling myself that I'll only have one more semester to go if I can live though the fall, lol!
Good luck, y'all!!
This is my third semester of a 5 semester BSN program I am taking
Adult - 2 credit hours
Gero - 2 credit hours
Psych- 2 credit hours
and two clinical days split between psych and adult with care plans - 6 credit hours
Skills lab - 1 credit hour
we have Tuesdays off.
Well, they admitted me to the local ADN program without any prerequisites completed (I have an M. S. in chemistry, so I suppose that helped). Schedule is:
A&P I
A&P lab
ADN 150 ("Human Needs", along with clinical rotation)
College English II
They gave me a measly 9 credits for my previous college coursework, but every bit helps.
Looks like it's gonna be lots of work...

I'm stacking all classes so that I will only be at school two days a week. Trying to save $ on day care costs!
