Hi my name is Lina. Before may 1 I'll be applying to the general full time and part time options. I'm currently taking the last of my pre reqs. I'll be taking the HESI sometime in March. I'm curious to see if I've had any classes with any of you. Good luck to everyone.

Hello everyone! I just finished taking my hesi and scored a 79% :( my gpa is 3.7 which puts me at 84% competitive score. Debating whether that's enough to get me in.

its not going to hurt you to apply, you never know if your application pool is less competitive. youve got this, just apply

took the Hesi today and got a 91%. The test was not hard if you at least take a month to study beforehand. I used the pocket prep app the most and it really helped.

I immediately applied to the generic full time and part time.

I took the Hesi yesterday and scored an 83%. The reason why my score dropped down so low was because I scored a 64% on biology. On math I got a 98%, Anatomy 92%, Chem 88%. Grammar, reading, and vocab all together was an 81%. I feel as if though everything I studied for biology using pocketprep and the hesi review book did not help me at all. Can anyone please give me some suggestions on studying for the biology section?? I am planning on retaking the Hesi next month because I feel that I could do so much better if I master biology, and a bit of reading. My competitive score right now is at an 81% and I know the fall is going to be harder to get into then the spring.

I used the book and pocket prep and I got a 92 in the Biology. Granted I also have microbiology and we just went over cellular respiration which is huge in the test. Also so much of mitosis and miosis and photosynthesis.

Unfortunately though, I heard that if you plan to take it again you won't have your score in time for the may 1 deadline. I would double check. If not I think I would take the chance and apply with the score you have. Someone I took the test with applied with an 81% so you never know.
