Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

Sorry, I'm still trying to figure out the whole financial aid thing.

I will complete my AAS at lone star this fall if I do not get accepted. I filed for financial aid incase I did not get accepted so I would have aid for the fall. When I get accepted I will change my status at lone star and appeal if I am denied aid.

Lol and do!! But i actually like talking to y’all! Ik some ppl not talking anymore because the deadline change or whatnot but i like talking in here

I’m still here lol, just waiting and praying. ? Are people that were accepted to the transition to RN in the same score pool as the ADN? I figured not since the deadline was earlier? Is it a totally separate list? I was just curious since technically ADN is RN as well.

Different pool! Transition students already received their acceptance letters

Has anyone started getting like the little things!? Like pen lights, bandage scissors, blood pressure cuff etc.?

You'll have to purchase a lab pack for skills lab which contains supplies by campus and program. At Montgomery we had a pen light, scissors, forceps, etc. as part of our bag. We did not need a BP cuff. You will need to purchase a steth. Most have a Littmann. I have a MDF MD One.
