When did you get your flu shot? I thought we had to wait until flu season?

Not yet. Just need flu shot. I thought that we needed to wait until flu season to get the shot? Starting August 1st I think.

Hi everyone! what are y’alls plans after the adn program? Once you finish are you going to go straight to work, work and do your bsn, just focus on bsn, ect. I want to get my Rn-bsn after program finishes. I’ll try to find work too and do school part time. I don’t have chemistry though. Most of these programs seem to require chemistry. Will I have to take it during or after nursing school or are there Rn-bsn programs that don’t require it? I have every other prerequisite.

I had this issue. Do you have scan lines or any type of marking on your document? I had to rescan mine because there was a scan line running through the words. It was light but they are strict on that. Try rescanning and making sure there are zero lines then resubmitting. They accepted mine after the second time.

Would it be possible to see your syllabus for the pharm class? I just wanted to get a head start. I start in July so it’s quite a bit away.

So the director for our nursing program seems to not have a email put out for us on the website. It just redirects me to an error page. The nursing advisor's email works just fine. She's the one who told me we don't need insurance as well as two students who currently attend the program. It's hard for me to believe either. Why other campuses but not us? I know for sure we have to get the liability insurance. I'll try to reach out to the director at some point to clarify.

I know it says that but I emailed my nursing advisor and she told me North Harris doesn’t require it.

Nutrition, computer science, psyc statistics, lifespan, art, speech, intro to psyc, Spanish (took all of these when I was going for my bsn)

Ah gotcha! I’m glad North Harris doesn’t require health insurance. ? Stressed about it for awhile but found out that they are the only campus that doesn’t require it.

What is an academic insurance?
