Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

If I were you I would definitely go ahead and sign up for pharm. At the very least you could hold your spot in the class until you find out for sure you got accepted!

I was planning the same thing! But i rather take it in person because they say you retain the information better

I took Pharm at North Harris this semester with Cinquemani. It was a really good course. She throws a lot of information at you but she makes it interesting.

I agree she does throw a LOT of information at you. I am in her class right now and I really enjoy it. Each test has around 14-16 power points that are about 60 slides if not more. However it’s a really good class and she’s straight forward. I have a 96 in the class, and one exam left.
Professor Cinnquemani at NH is my favorite pharm professor!
In case anyone's interested in taking her class. It's a "hybrid" course. You come in for the optional review day and exam day. However all her lectures are posted online with audio recording. She allows 3 pages of notes and a drug book to the exam. She offers a study guide too which is a big indicator of what you need to know for the exams. She also has math exams which are really helpful for those upcoming Nursing II classes. There is a lot of information to review but if you put in the work you can easily pass this class!
