Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

Once a week

This is great. I have to work, full time most likely. If I can get my lecture and Lab in one day that will free up some time to go to work.

This is true. You have to be flexible! You guys should receive your calendars soon.

Do you guys know the hours for the first three weeks? Like is it all day?

Ok so I’m looking at my N1 schedule from 2018 and the hours all over the place

Day 1 - 12:00-3:00

Day 2 - 1:30-4:30

Day 3&4 - 8:00 - 12:00

Day 5 - 9:00- 1:00

and next week is all over the place also. One day you will be there from 8:30-4:30! So you have to be flexible.

I’m sure it varies each year, but does anyone have an idea of how many alternates actually get the chance to get in?

Someone said they only take like 20...but it depends if students drop. If no one drops, no alternates get in.
