Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

@Nij13 yes it is! My final is tomorrow for medical micro, excited to be done. Anyone here graduating on anything from Lone Star? I graduated last year from LSC Tomball with my associates of science, good memories. Decided to come back for nursing!

Does anyone know if we have to have a certain stethoscope? I've heard of programs where you had to have a black one.

Any tips or advice you can give for the program? Do you get any breaks at all? How many professors teach you? What is the dress code for cyfair? Do you like the program? What was your score to get in?

Has anyone had any experience with professor (EDIT NAME) at Montgomery campus for pharm?? I just got off the waiting list and enrolled in her summer session and want to know what to expect

Tried to find a pharmacology class for the summer but it seems like it’s all gone. Did you guys have to do anything special to find classes? Or was it just available for you to enroll? Looks like I’ll be taking it for my first semester if I get into nursing school ?

Hey if you hurry Montgomery has a open class from 2-5pm

I registered last month and there were already not a lot of classes. I wonder if they will let you in if people drop. Or on 5/24 when payment is due you may be able to get in.

I think that’s the one that had a waitlist that I got into.
