Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

I was honestly giving myself until May 15 because that’s the deadline for lvn and it’s also the mid May marker too! And if it doesn’t happen then I’ll tell myself “well only two more weeks told June! You can make it!”

WEll if that’s the case then i need to email the cy fair lvn advisor cause I’m not trying to lose money paying for th lvn program and i get in the Rn program after June 3rd

Are the lvn advisor not the same as Rn!?

I remembered someone mentioning that the nursing department said to contact them if you don’t hear back after a month. Well the 12th is a month post deadline so????

I just hate the waiting period!! Tomorrow is my last final so I will literally have absolutely nothing to do! ?

Yes it says online to contact the nursing department if you don't hear within a month.?‍♀️ So that's the date I'm holding on to. I have a couple different scholarships and funding things I'm applying for that need my decision letter by the end of May, I will be screwed if we don't hear until June.

Also, have they registered you yet? I haven’t been registered for my classes yet. I figured that if I was registered then I didn’t get into the RN. I just don’t want to blow up emails. I’m sure they are already bombarded.

Hey y’all i have a quick question! So I’m Originally from Louisiana (Born and Raised lol) and i moved here about a year ago! Do you think for nursing school i would need to get my license and everything changed from Louisiana issued to Texas!?
