Hello everyone I am a bit confused about what an advising transcript is. I have never attended lone star college so I'm not sure if the advising transcript is supposed to be from lone star or my previously attended schools. Please help! Also apart from the transcripts, ferpa form and the hepatitis results, what are the other requirements? Thanks

Does anyone know any updates with Lone Star starting their BSN program?

@RayNicole, would you mind sending me the study guide too? I'm a former PV student and failed out by 2 points my fourth semester. I'm not giving up and I want to do better on my HESI this time around so I can get it right the first time. And congratulations on the high scores! my email is [email protected]
So you're having to start all over? If so, that sucks.

I don't know how to post pictures on here but it basically says if you never took a class at lone star then you need to contact the nursing department of your first choice so that they can give you clearance to app. Also, the other listed the documents required to submit the application are FREPA form, Advising transcript (which you won't have if you never taken classes there), hep b titer, and GED or high school diploma or transcript.

I applied for basic track ADN at 1) NH 2) Montgomery. My score is a 7.36 and a 870 critical thinking. I also applied for LVN at Montgomery fall 2018. I'll be happy to get accepted anywhere and go from there. Good luck to you all.
I submitted my application for ADN as well with a 7.312 for Montgomery and Tomball. I think I will apply to LVN once I finish a&p 2. Can't wait till the deadline so I can wait for acceptance letters. Good luck everyone:)
