Fall 2018 Lone Star Hopefuls

Hey everyone, just wanted to start a Fall 2018 page for Lone Star ADN/LVN future students!

Unfortunately I was placed on the ALTERNATES list. My score was 7.022, are there any other alternates out there? Also, what was your score? I'm trying to figure out where I am on the list... In addition, the email was sent from the TOMBALL campus and i applied to all of them. Will there be letters from each campus????

WOW! Did you apply to all campuses? Someone got into NH with a 7.077 So you have to be close. I think I've already seen 2-3 people mention they would be withdrawing from their admission slot. I think you have a great chance. I can't believe a 7 anything was alternate. This is getting to the crazy point.

The advisor at NH said that they never accept anyone under 7.0, it took be 4 attempts at the HESI to get above it :(

yes i've applied to all campuses!!! I've only received an email from TOMBALL, ya im freaking out at this point, i've been trying to get the program for a year and a half so this is really my LAST attempt before i lose my marbles

Don't give up! You've come too far! I'd say don't freak out yet, but I can't even take my own advice as I am low key freaking out too lol

I got accepted at CyFair for ADN!!! I was SO excited to find the acceptance letter in my email, since I wasn't expecting word until next week.

Stay positive. I myself have been trying for a year and it has been rough. I had to retake my HESI 3 times to hopefully get a spot. I was wait listed last year for the spring. Don't give up!!
