Fall 2018 Lone Star Hopefuls

Hey everyone, just wanted to start a Fall 2018 page for Lone Star ADN/LVN future students!

I dont understand. I applied to every school with a 7.696, Montgomery as my first choice, and I havent gotten an email.

I seriously wouldn't be surprised if they started at the bottom (I have a 7.586) and worked their way up. As I got mine at nearly 5 maybe they stopped? I'm kind of worried now bc no one else seems to have gotten it... but Tomball is out and that was my second choice...

Was everything ok on your application? Did they send you an email to fix anything? Are you sure you submitted everything needed? I ran into that issue last application period...if none of this applies to you, call the nursing department tomorrow!

I never received an email to fix anything, but I did email the department after I submitted my application (before the deadline) to make sure everything was ok. They said it was.

I'm so confused.

Yeah Tomball was my second choice too.

I guess since apparently I'm not the only one that hasn't gotten an email there is still I got in. I'll definitely call in the morning.

Just wait til tomorrow afternoon. Maybe yours is on its way... I'd wait to be concerned until tomorrow evening...they might still be working their way through them...

Now I'm terrified. I never got an email to fix anything so just assumed everything was good. Ugh.... I hope everything is alright...

I got my acceptance letter for North Harris. Tears of joy. In another thread i read for last years hopefuls Montgomery was the last to get their acceptance email. Not sure if that is the case this year, but it might be. All schools send out their acceptance letters at different times.

So, I'm just realizing that I got the letter in my gmail account and not my.lonestar. I listed both on the application and got the "you've submitted email" via my.lonestar. I get both in the email app on my iPhone... I'm just hoping that I'm not the fluke, lol. Nothing from Tomball, CF, or NH.... I

Does anyone know if I stand a chance for even RN at north Harris if my score is 6.248? I applied for the LVN as well. Could I even get in with that score? I need some good advise and words of wisdom. Someone help.... text or reply or email....

Unfortunately I was placed on the ALTERNATES list. My score was 7.022, are there any other alternates out there? Also, what was your score? I'm trying to figure out where I am on the list... In addition, the email was sent from the TOMBALL campus and i applied to all of them. Will there be letters from each campus????

I just checked all 5 of my emails, spam and inbox, and still didn't see anything. I can't remember which emails I put on my application besides the lonestar one. I'll keep checking all of them though.

Yes that does make this scenario even sketchier! Strange that they would send it via gmail!
