Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you guys know that we will be notified via hawkmail by healthsciences when we are able to register. They are still working on our programs codes. I tried to register this morning and wasn’t able to so I sent healthsciences an email and this is what I was told.

No problem! ?

Thanks. I tried also and couldn’t

Hi everyone, can someone please help me out? I'm confused about the immunization part.

Do I have to get my titers done if I have received all my vaccine from childhood.

For example, I have completed all 3 dosage of HEP B vaccine in 2001. Did I already satisfy the HEP B requirement or do I have to get my titers done to see if I may need a booster?

Thank you ? sorry if this is too wordy.

Hi! Just to be on the safe side talk to your provider. Also if you take your shot records to cvs or Walgreens walk-in - they maybe able to confirm if you are good to go. I think for tdap (you had to have had that specific vaccine within the last ten years). I’m not sure if it’s the same for her b and the rest. I hope that helps!

Okay thank you so much ?

CONGRATS to everyone that was accepted. I just applied for the Spring semester. Have they confirmed how much will be online and how much will be in person? I am especially interested in cohort 5 southshore campus. As well as specific times of class and days of class if anybody knows

I am applying for Spring 2021. How many of you were accepted and what was your GPA?

It's been awhile! I hope everyone is doing well in their programs. Things are progressing in Cohort 5 at SS, and we have a great group of student nurses. Tons of homework and more studying then I ever imagined, but I'm hanging in there. Hope you are too! Take Care!

NurselifeKP I would like to get into southshore I hope I do with a 3.714 GPA. May I ask how everything is? Like how are the professors, are the classes completely online? Does the professor tell you what to study for?
