fall 08 at central az college

Hi All,

just wondering if anyone has applied to cac for fall 08? and have you heard anything baout your interview? im going crazy not knowing.:bugeyes::madface:....

They have been doing interviews ALL week long and I think next week as well. :yeah:

I have mine on Monday. A friend had her's this Monday and she said that it was like a job interview. What are you strengths and weakness etc. So of course I am freaking out because I hate answering those. I have no weaknesses... LOL YEAH RIGHT!!!

How was your interview? I had mine last tuesday, I think it went well except I too hate answering what my weaknesses are. Who wants to admit that:no: Letters should be going out soon, hope to get a good one! If not, there's always next semester. Hope you get in!

Congrats for getting in! What is the schedule like? I was looking at the schedule for spring but wasn't sure how many classes you start with. Is it 4-5 hours lectures then clinicals?

Hey Jo~

Thanks! When we first started the semester, we were in skill lab every Monday and Thursday from 9-3. We have lectures on Wednesdays from 9-3, unless there is an exam, then we arrive at 8. Now that we are in clinicals, we only do skill lab on Mon from 9-12 and no skill lab on Thursday.

Did you just go this past Tuesday? I think my interview went fine.

Can't wait for letters so I know whats up. I wonder how many people applied?

She started talking about how they rank the applications then I got confused.

Not sure what she meant by Sciences. But I am guessing she means completed.

What was the time line for your wait with CAC. I am really considering applying there. I am not a resident of Pinal County but I live close. Have any advice?

I met with 2 professors and neither of them mentioned anything about their ranking system. The secretary had told me before that they "color cordinate" to identify completed application packages, cna lic etc. but that's about it. Interview went well, lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was told letters would go out by the end of the month or this week. Have you heard anything?

Will keep my fingers cross, for both of us

End of the month or this week? LOL V told me the ranking system from the completed applications. It may have slipped as I asked specifically about it. They also said by Thanksgiving for letters so I figure it'll be next week or the week after. No word yet so far. Of course now I am at the... DID YOU GET THE MAIL? WHERE IS IT? stage.. lol

I got my letter today, I've been accepted! :)
