Fall 2017 BSN GRU/Augusta U

I created a new thread because I couldn't find one for the fall 2017 applicants for GRU/ Augusta university BSN program. I applied recently and I wanted to see what everyone's stats were and if they had taken the TEAS 6 test yet.

Still waiting on this end. I had everything right at the cut-off date, but everything wasn't verified until the first week of February. I'm getting really anxious and just want a decision one way or the other!!!

Same with me! My Status has said ready for review for weeks now! I keep checking it hoping it will change and it never does! I wonder when they stop accepting people!

The status on the admissions page may not be up to date, but it wouldn't hurt to give the Admissions Office a call. My status is still incomplete. However, I called the Program Manager and she verified that all of my documents have been received and sent forward in the selection process. Letters will continue going out until the end of March, early April. I think that any letters received after this time will be waitlist or rejection letters. So nervous and I too can't wait for a decision to be made one way or the other so I'll know how to proceed. Good luck!

My status has officially changed to Decision Made, but it doesn't say Awaiting Documents...just has the same "If accepted, you will need the following information"...guess I didn't get in so thats a bummer. I have a really good GPA but a 76 on the TEAS.

My admission status changed from ready to review to "decision made by admissions committee: notification sent by mail". It also says "required documents: background check form". How long does it take usually to get your letter once this status has changed?? Sooo anxious

Did your status say "Required Documents" right after it said Decision Made?

I'm having this issue right now, if it ask for background check are you accepted?

I checked today and had an updated status of "Decision made by Admissions Committee; notification is by mail" and required documents stating "Background Consent Form". Checked the mail and I had received my acceptance letter dated 21 March for main campus. It appears that if consent is needed to conduct a background check, then you were accepted. However, be patient until you have the letter in hand or you've called admissions to confirm. Good luck!

I just got my acceptance letter today! I will be transferring from Kennesaw State to start the BSN program in the fall. Does anyone have housing suggestions that are close to campus. I am so excited!!!
