Fall 2017 BSN GRU/Augusta U

Published

I created a new thread because I couldn't find one for the fall 2017 applicants for GRU/ Augusta university BSN program. I applied recently and I wanted to see what everyone's stats were and if they had taken the TEAS 6 test yet.

do not stress about the TEAS! I took it and made an 86, but i didn't do well on the practice ones online. Just don't stress!!

I made a 72 on it the first time and Augusta wants a 75 minimum. I was told a 74.5 rounds up. Let's just hope they focus more on the other parts of my app.

Emily9076 if you don't mind my asking.... what did you make on the practice tests?

I've heard they look a lot at your work/ shadow experience!

Well my only shadowing experience was 3 years ago. I am a sales associate at old navy. Have been for 3 years. I have some experience in the medical field but not a lot.

Hey everyone!! I also applied for the fall 2017 semester and currently go to Kennesaw State. I have around a 3.5 GPA and a 75.3 TEAS Score. I also just got my certification as a CNA, so I'm hoping that'll help a little! Has anyone gotten accepted yet? I officially got everything turned in yesterday!

I was accepted to the Athens campus for fall 2017!

How long did it take NursingCAS to verify your transcripts after they were all submitted? Also, what was the timeline after that? After Nursing CAS verified everything, how long until you heard back from Augusta?

I applied when the application opened in August 2016. Everything was verified within a couple of weeks. i received my accceptance in the end of November. I don't know how long it took for NursingCAS to verify my documents.

Has anyone heard anything back recently? I had trouble with my application submitting so I just got it in near the end of January!

I have a serious question. My status says incomplete because they haven't received my scores but I got a confirmation while ago saying that they had received them. Will they reject me for that? I can't call till tommorow.

If you check your status you'll know you got in if it says "awaiting documents"
