Hello all. I have recently applied to Fairmont State University (West Virginia) LPN to RN "Hybrid Option" I have been an LPN for 2 years, but have worked in nursing for the past 10 years. I know that all programs are competitive, but I wonder if any applicants or past student recall what their TEAS test scores were? There is no current "scoring sheet" to give me a better idea of what my chances are. I have a 3.5 GPA, and all pre reqs completed for my Pre BSN. .
Just looking to see if anyone can give me an idea of what they had when they applied and were accepted. Thank you in advance

I have 2 kids, work and a 1 year old baby. I live in NYS. What is the minimum grade required on the courses? Is it a 70%. Are the test material manageable? How many weeks are each class? Thanks in advance for any information anyone can give.
Hey I'm currently in the program I graduate in May and I really like it. It is mostly online but for clinicals you do have to show up in person. It is a 78% that you have to manage in the testing, in class assignments and clinicals. There grading is very different. There is a test almost every Monday or every other Monday between 3 classes at a time. It is a lot of studying but I also have two kids my youngest being a 2 yr old and I'm also working but I had to switch over nights. It can be alil challenging but I feel like that is with every nursing school.
Thank you soo much for that info. Awww, you have a 2 yr old so I know the struggle is real ☺ You're right, every nursing program is challenging for sure. The 78% that must be achieved....does that include all assignments etc for the class or is it just an average for the exams? You are almost done with the program! That is sooo awesome! Im taking my TEAS next month so I hope I score well. This school seems like a great option. Congrats and wishing you the best of luck on the rest of your journey!
