I submitted my app to Fairfield University's May 2024 CRNA program, just thought I'd start the forum now for everyone.

Hello evryone! I have also applied and got an interview for next month. Anyone else heard back?

I just emailed and turned down my interview! I got an acceptance letter from another school! That should open up another spot for one of you! ?

Anyone been able to find out if their interview is more clinical or EI, or both? I know there's a new director of the program this year so maybe things changed.

@Applesauce520 I heard it was more EI from others who interviewed at Fairfield. I had no idea about the new director, so I could be wrong. I'm also trying to figure out how to prepare. I'm sure we will all be fine!

Just wondering for all of you who are u interviewing. Do you have any details regarding the schedule on the interview day. I know where to go abs that it starts 8:30am and should end by 3:30pm but does anyone know the details other than the interview and writing portion, like at what point during the day do we interview. Thanks good luck to everyone.

I'm not sure that I know the exact schedule but pretty sure interviews and writing are at the end of the day. I don't know how many candidates are on each date but I imagine interviews are fairly short and sweet. I have sweaty palms just thinking about it but I'm gonna try to just enjoy the day.

So there is a q & a from 830-930 then they split the students up in 2 groups. 1 group does individual interviews (15mins each) while the other does the essay prompt and campus tour. Then in the afternoon they switch. 45 min lunch break in between. At the end of the day there's another hour q & a to wrap it all up.
