Failed the 2nd time

So I failed the nclex for the 2nd time. I took the nclex yesterday and did the PVT trick and it charged my card & send me another ATT today! I have not got my results back yet but if the trick it right, I'm sure enough I failed. At this point I don't know what to do. I took Kaplan, UWorld & Hesi review. Can someone please help me?

You may need to find a review that will show you what you need on Test taking strategies probably in class.

I took the test in March and failed, RN Nclex, first try 96? Not sure if I am just not studying correctly or what.
