Failed nclex

g:scrying: failed is what my result is. I'm trying to deal with and be strong but it is so hard. I worked as a gpn for a year and I thought I would b ok. Now I realize that I could have studied way more and now I have to face the reprocussions. I feel so stupid.

sorry, silver dragon, I asked the pm question on another board too!! So, I assume we don't pm her until after through with the Saunders book?

You should not feel stupid at all. I have taken this dreaded exam twice and failed both times. It happens to the best of us and I truely believe that. Trust me though I know how you are feeling, but keep your head up and just go after it the next time. We will get through this and we will pass next time!!! Good luck!

Good luck in the next exam. I'm sure you'll make it. I am now preparing for my exam, too. And, I'm scared as hell. But, I'm sure all of us will pass it, in time :) Just be strong!

Hello all.... I just found out this past weekend that I failed my Nclex RN for the SECOND time. I think it was more devasting than the first time. Does anyone have any suggestions on perhaps a "different " way to study?? I used many NCLEX books and Cds. What is everyone's opinion on Kaplan?? Is it worth the money??? I'm hanging in there but REALLY dreading my 3rd time around. Who knows, maybe the third time WILL be the charm!!

hey...i know how you feel...

that is what i did...

i was a gn and had rn position waiting for me...

but i failed too...

i was so discouraged for two months...

i could not sleep...and i was crying...

but time and my family helped me...

give yourself sometime and make yourself a study plan...

that is what I am trying to do and I am trying to get suzanne's help !!!

Hi everyone!! I'm using suzanne's plan right now.I've already started reading the saunders book and used her tip. Can I PM her now?because I've read in the other replies that she should also know if when are you going to take the exam..thanks!

You do not read the book. You have to do the quizzes at the end of each chapter and if you score less than 75% then you read the chapter. Once you have completed all the quizzes then you send her a pm

Regarding Suzanne's technique... a friend of mine gave me the third edition of Saunders... I noted that she states to use the fourth edition... is there a difference and should I go ahead and buy the saunders fourth?

The forth contains the new format questions and there are some differences.
