I just need access to the Kaplan RN videos, I can order my own Qbank separately

About me, Well I failed my NCLEX RN for the state of FLORIDA, I tested yesterday Friday December 30, 2016. they gave me 265 questions and I still managed to failed. I studied for about a month, day and night, did hundreds of questions daily, wrote in all rationales, I did the entire UWORLD bank and the ones I got wrong, I watched some Hurst videos, I learned the Decision tree from Kaplan, I did PDA from La Charity, Michael Linares NCLEX Video( Michael is the bomb, I love him) I am also a mother of 3 active boys but have a husband who helped out a lot while I would study. This week was hectic since he started a new job and ALL 3 boys were home from school due to Christmas Vacation but I still managed to study and view videos.

I must say UWORLD is the real deal, I felt like I was at home doing questions, the questions and formats are so similar it's crazy! Why did I even go to 265, I actually thought I was doing well, the NCLEX seem so easy to me, the main issue I have is Prioritization! I just can't understand it, I know ABC and the ones that go after it but on the test I encountered many questions where they all had respiratory issues.

Well I have 2 more tries, if I don't pass I will have to take a remedial which Is about $2,000. I've heard this many times about the people who test for Florida boards, they fail for Florida but manage to pass in New York or another state. I don't know how true that is since it's a national test. I just felt like I knew the material which bums me out! I wanted to end this year on a good note but it didn't happen that way. :(

What material can I use in order to ace prioritization? I felt like I had it in the bag but I failed, I put in credit card number and it charged me, I also paid my application fee for the board of nursing. So it's a done deal, I failed :( I'm super sad, what should I do differently?

First, wait for the official results. There have been stories of people for whom the PVT was not accurate.

If the official results indicate that you did indeed fail, you will receive a Candidate Performance Report. This report will provide you with information about how you did on the exam. You can then take the information to formulate a new study plan focusing on your weaker areas but also with a review of your stronger areas. Thanks for your reply, But I think it's a done deal. They didn't hesitate to charge my credit card and I also just paid the application fee for the Florida board of Nursing.

Sorry to hear you failed. I youtubed a bunch of videos on how to answer prioritization questions. It's tricky I know, but continue to use ABC's and think it through. Go with your gut feeling. I failed my nclex twice doing 265 questions both times. Passed on my third try with another 265 questions. It was brutal, but if the test doesn't shut off right at 75 that means the computer is still giving you a chance, you are right on the line. Also, NCSBN questions I felt prepared me the most and all of my teachers have said they're harder than the nclex. It was only 50 bucks too. I did Uworld the first two times and loved it, but it did not prepare me well I guess as I still failed the first two times. I also did hurst my last time and I read the book about 3 times and watched all the videos before feeling confident enough.

Best of luck!! and stay positive! You will pass!
