Hello guys, i just have this problem right now that i have already taken the exam 3 times and still did not pass, I'm not that bummed out about it because i know that I'll reach my RN level soon. But my question is that if I will be retaking my NCLEX-RN Exam in New York, can i also apply for an NCLEX-LPN Exam? Or would i still need to take the LPN Programs even though I'm a BSN Graduate?

And also could you give me some ideas on what to do? Do I just stick with the NCLEX-RN Exam and keep studying and retaking and hopefully passing? Or take the LPN route temporarily and see if I can pass and get a job as an LPN for a while? I know I'm not the only one who did not pass the NCLEX 3 times.

Thanks. I am liking NCSBN so far. I took the pretest and got this score:Exam Passing Score: 75% Your Score: 52%It was hard to me and I guessed in several questions but this is just the start of this program and hurst. Hopefully I pass and I am sure you will too!
Good luck & keep us posted when you pass!
Goes to show you have to keep trying and you will succeed eventually! Did you land your first job yet? How was nursing school to you?

That's true! Thanks a lot for the support! I know i can pass!

Good luck & keep us posted when you pass!

I hope we both pass the exam ill be taking the NCSBN too!

Go for your RN. I passed mine on my second try. I did about 3,000 + questions with saunders comprehensive review (CD) and if you have time read through some chapters, it may help, especially the area you feel you need more work on. I also took free classes they offer on kaplan, go to Pass the NCLEX Guaranteed or Your Money Back | Kaplan Nursing and attend a free event. Hope this helps, especially if you cannot afford taking courses like hurst or kaplan. I couldn't so i went with saunders which i checked out from my school library.
