Failed AANP today 2nd time

Published

Today I failed the AANP for a 2nd time. I took it back in December 2014 the first time. I am so bumped about it because I am tired of studying day in and day out and being constantly worried about it. I felt really good while I was taking it with minimal anxiety. I am thinking about taking the ANCC but I am unsure of the pictures and multiple answer that I hear is on the test. I was sooooo wanting to see Passing on my screen. I am kinda lost and not sure what to do at this point. I used Barkley and Leiks this go round and I feel like the Leiks book really helped me more this time (I guess not enough though). Just not sure about what else to do at this point. I made it through grad school just fine....so I am not sure what the he** is my now. Any suggestions?? Has anyone gone through this twice and finally had success if what did you do different? Have any failed the AANP and switched to AANP and did just fine?

Hi, I sent you a PM

Look into the Fitzgerald prep course. It really helped me. If self study seems too overwhelming, I definitely recommend the in class learning option to focus on various subjects. It may be expensive, but I felt it was worth the investment and great confidence in passing it. Doesn't hurt to look into it. :) good luck! Keep moving forward!

I've been soo afraid to take the exam. Keep moving forward and good luck. You will make it.

Thank you everyone. @infiniteeNP....I wish you the best and success on your exam when you decide to take it. Good luck to you. I know I will eventually pass it but when that is I don't know I started lossing hope but I am trying to get rid of that feeling. I didn't come this far for nothing.
