good day...

anyone of you who have tried paying a hospital for their training?

i heard that Makati Medical, PHC, PGH, Jose Reyes Hosp, Manila Doctors(?), QCGH are among those that would train nurses for a fee...

my question is, does anyone of you have actually tried undergoing these trainings?

how was the training and was it worth your money?

thank you so very much...

God bless everyone...

why do you have to pay for training in Hospital?

they should be the one paying you:D

there are some good hospital that dont accept fee:smokin:

Training is just that, it is training and does not count as work experience in any other country.

There are facilities that you can get hired at and get paid for so that the time that you put in counts, but you will have to go to another island that is further away from Manila. But the jobs do exist, just not where you want one.

There is much here on this forum about these training programs, and it goes more on who you know rather than what you did when you were in school.

Unfortunately.

most of the hospitals in manila would ask for a training fee.it would be a big surprise if they won't ask one.I was trying my luck here in the province, they also have a training fee,5K for 3mo..the positive side is that after the training, you will be given php170/day(actually not even enough).I'm still undecided,my family is here in manila.

I haven't undergone the training on one of the hospitals mentioned above because I'm a direct hire. But I've been with those nurses who undergone training. When I was still with my preceptor (I started working without preceptor before my 2nd month probationary period) we work with the trainees. They do what we do. They also have preceptors and do what needs to be done except medication.

thnx for the response...

i'm not even from manila, i'm from the province and can't even find

a volunteer job due to the vast number of their current volunteer nurses, much more find a work that pays you...

i'm considering going to other countries, but, i can't do that without hospital experience. Saudi are accepting nurses without experience, but, i don't wanna go there without something under my belt.

so, what do you guyzzz suggest?!!!

i don't wanna be idle in our house.....

i wanna work and be a functional nurse!!!!
