Nurses Stress 101

I am a new nurse in my first night shift job. When do you exercise? Before, After or in between your "naps". I need to do something I feel so weak lately. Thanks.

I'm a yogi, so I do yoga either before bed or when I get up; I try to do sessions everyday for 30 mins, then hit the sheets or start the day.

I try to take a short break and walk up and down the stairs at work. I also try to walk my dogs, our minimal walk is 2 miles. Sometimes I'll do jumping jacks as well, a minimal of 100.
