what jobs can excluded individuals perform legally until cleared of the list

If you are referring to the OIG Exclusion list- typically the only things you can do are private-pay private duty, cash-only (hangover IVs), and elective cosmetic plastic surgery offices. Virtually every other RN / LPN job interacts with Medicare/ Medicaid in some manner.
oh..thank u for the insight. this is more horrible than i thought.
i am praying this gets resolved soon. i had no clue i was even on this list until i was forced to resign from my job., working all this time and being on this list. Im glad it was discovered. however when i came home i looked it up and was horrified . if my child neeeded insurance coverage and i lost mine with no job i couldnt even get her hoosier health wise. if i understand this right that is.

Not that it helps but under the ACA if your child is under 18 and you're income is minimal they will automatically qualify for Medicaid. And yes the OIG list is a nightmare.
