I just attended The Excelsior College graduation. The new RN's we were the largest group. It felt so good to walk across that stage and here the Dean of Nursing say my name. To all those who graduated, congrats. To those who are still working toward the goal of becoming RN's don't give up.

Holy crap!! Unbelieveable! Why would you have to pay an annual fee? Mine is due in october i think. It was my understanding that annual fees were for tests then once done you pay for cpne.... No idea. The private nursing school i went to where i live, the same thing happened kinda. They raised fees three times while i was enrolled, enforced a no job while in school policy, and treated us like toddlers.... All bc they could. I got a great education but i was done when i graduated. Many many ppl felt this way. Im hoping and being positive about the cpne.we know the skills, its just that we have to go by the rules again.

You pay the annual fee, every year. I would of been don, but I failed the CPNE my first time taking it. I just re-enrolled with Excelsior 2 days ago, I do want to continue my education with them. I truly believe in the ASN program.

Congrats Erikadawn RN!! I hope to be in your shoes soon!!! I wasn't planning on going to the commencement, now you're making me think about it. People who tell us they passed makes meknow we can do this!!! Thank you:)
