excelsior class action lawsuit

Not sure how many people here signed up for the class action lawsuit against excelsior CPNE, but if you did you will be receiving a settlement check any day now. I submitted my info back in July and was wondering about it last week, today got a check in the mail finally!

Each student got 200 bucks for each time you took the CPNE and failed. 200 isn't much compared to the 2000 it cost to take the test, but it's better than nothing! And I'm glad the school finally admitted they were wrong and deceiving students by making the test almost impossible to pass. I did finally pass it this past year. But it sure wasn't easy!

I don't think they actually admitted to fault or deception just agreed to a settlement that was not an admission of guilt from reading the settlement papers. As always the majority of money paid went right to the attorneys.

I did finally pass it this past year. But it sure wasn't easy!
