Exam Cram Nclex RN

Published

I just took their CD exam and did not do well. Has anyone else tried this test? It just made me feel very uncomfortable about testing.

my advice to u is to stick to it study the ones u missed cos if u discard and go for the simple question u r not helping urself when i did the kaplan i got below 50 i wasnt happy but i went back and star reviewing all over again nclex is not like the normal question we r asked in nursing sch its more of cognitive thinking, application type questions so u need to get urself familiar to exam cram type question if u can get hold of it u will do well in nclex.peace!

We were required to go through the Kaplan program. It sure helped me! I passed the NCLEX-RN the first time, last week! My advice is to read the Saunders book if you have time. If you don't have time, do the Kaplan program. You need to understand that the NCLEX-RN questions are much harder than what you will see. You will get at least 25% select-all-that-apply. Next year you will be required to recognize lung and heart sounds. Everyone feels they failed the NCLEX-RN when they walk out. Just take your time and don't freak out! The more practice questions you do, the more likely you will pass! AND READ THE RATIONALES!!!

Apparently the OP passed NCLEX since 2006 when they started this thread, they're using RN in their screen name.
