4550- Evidence Based Nursing

From looking at the classes starting in fall, I'm guessing that Evidence Based nursing is replacing Research? Anyone have any idea if stats is still required prior to taking this, as it was with Research?

I think that it is a combined class. I took that last fall!! Not as bad as research!!!! Is anyone taking community nursing? Or has anyone already taken it, if so what did you think?

I took Community Nursing. Fairly easy content but alot of busy work.

Taking leadership and community together next session. Looking forward to being done with this class and hopefully on to ones where there is more order to the chaos. Good luck to everyone in these last 2 weeks.

Is this class really that bad!? I'm not taking it until next semester but after reading these posts about it, I'm nauseous at the though of it.

It totally sucks. I hope for your sake they make some revisions. It's dreadful.

Just skimming the chapters I ended up missing 8 on quiz three. My bad!!!

They word them so tricky... really makes it hard to pass unless you spend hours and hours reading and note taking. I'm dreading week 4 already,

Watching the videos...statistics, my favorite. I took it 100 yrs ago... Those with recent exposure should do fine. Just want a B in this class...just a B. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. blehhh!

Geeze, and didn't the announcement say something about this class getting "better?" Week 4 requires FIVE chapters and week 5 requires TWO....what is wrong with this picture? Two more weeks to go Do Dah Do Dah!!

I started reading Chapter 12 and 13. 13 is making my head spin and I totally don't understand any of it.
