I am semi-confident

For you, I would apply asap but do not sacrifice time for grades

ie. you get B's when you COULD have gotten A's and you apply earlier and NOT get in

So if you aren't that confident in taking all the classes at once and getting the best grade possible then don't rush getting in.

Take your time, learn you stuff, ace your classes and apply whenever your qualified.

As far as the TEAS, there are numerous links and threads that provide a lot of insight to how the test is and whats generally in it.

It isn't hard, they don't make it hard so you fail, you just study the study guide and your ok.

Good luck

thanks for the help!!!:)

I'm pretty confident. Applying for spring 2012 CSUB. I've been working my butt off and I know it will pay off.

I applied to 2 schools. 1 I know I won't get into because it is a wait list school and the other I was very confident I would get accepted (and I did!) This school picks based off of a point system. I was fairly confident that I would be awarded 12 of the 14 points and pretty sure I would get 13 of the 14. (The only point I knew I wouldn't receive was 1 point for working as a CNA for over a year. I've only been working as 1 for 8 months... I agree with past poster... don't sacrifice grades just to get in sooner. Nursing school will be a lot "easier" if you are ready for it. If you are that stressed now, what is it going to hurt to a wait a bit longer and be sure you are ready? Won't do any good if you get in a semester earlier if you ended up failing or getting c's... no HR person in their right mind is going to higher a C average nurse... Strive for A's... B's may be acceptable...

thanks everyone i am def going to take my time and make sure i am well prepared to apply for nursing school
