Hello everyone! I'm applying for EVC's Spring/Fall 2017 admission cycle. Who else here has applied? I've heard that there are roughly 500 applicants for this admission cycle.

Alternates have a guaranteed spot for fall 18 and may move up in start date if someone selected declines their seat :)

I just took the TEAS yesterday at EVC and failed to pass by 1 point. so disappointing. i am not on remediation for one year to re test and start the program in fall 2018.

ill be starting with you fall 2018. I was accepted into the generic selection but didn't pass the TEAS by 1 point. so ill be taking it next feb again and start fall 2018

do you have any study tips for the TEAS i have the 6th edition study guide and the mometrix secrets 6th edition but seems like they didn't help much. I'm so disappointed but relieved that my spot is saved for next year.

Super stoked! Scored an 83% on the TEAS VI this past Thursday. So as a generic I am officially in the program (no more provisional status)! Just waiting on my e-mail to let me know which semester I'll be starting in. Anyone else get in?! Can't wait to meet you all :) Till then!

Bummer! So sorry to hear, I'm sure it is a difficult time for you right now, but if I can say anything, just try to believe that maybe there is a reason you should start next year instead of this year

thank you. I have been upset but its getting better each day. what hurts me the most one question would give me the passing score. but i believe maybe its meant to be this way. Im not studying the ATI manual vigourously while i wait for my studying material the school is sending me in march for remediation.

I called the department and was told adrienne is on vacation until 3/16. Im waiting on my remediation material.

Same here. Called the department to see what immunizations were needed for the program so I could get a head start on it all, and Mrs. Burns answering machine said she was on vacation. So I assume we should be getting an email afterwards (sooner than later hopefully). Although, from what I gather from other threads on here, they tend to leave people in the dark for a bit about a lot of things, when they start, nursing boot camp, ect. I have even heard they will call some people on the alternate list a WEEK before the program starts and put them in the program! Hope we get placed soon though!
