Hello everyone! I'm applying for EVC's Spring/Fall 2017 admission cycle. Who else here has applied? I've heard that there are roughly 500 applicants for this admission cycle.

I just got an email that I didn't get accepted via lottery :( Does anyone know if they do waitlists?

I got the same email few minutes ago, I'm glad I got somewhere else. and Yes they do waitlist.

Hey, I'm sorry there chipotle24, you've been really kind and encouraging. It sucks their system is lottery so they just denied one potential great nurse into their program. I'm sure there are great things waiting for you in the future!

I was was placed into an alternative list, which guarantees admission for Fall 2018, assuming I complete their list of requirements successfully. Congrats to all those who were accepted :). For those who weren't, don't despair, there are other things out there, maybe apply again. Enjoy the holidays!

I was accepted but plan to decline the offer as I am starting elsewhere this Spring. So that will free up at least one alternate spot.

Hello! I just got my acceptance email on December 19th! Just have to take the TEAS but at least I have a guaranteed spot :) Who else made it in?

Not sure yet, I also got selected to take the TEAS in February, so I'll know which slot I get put into after that. Did you get accepted also?

AWESOME!

I'm sure it sucks getting put into such a "grey area" for acceptance, but it's almost a guaranteed spot as well! Fortunately for you, there are for sure some people who choke on the TEAS (hopefully not myself!) and that lovely spot will open up for you! Stay positive & good luck! :)

Alternates have a guaranteed spot for fall 18 and may move up in start date if someone selected declines their seat :)
