My friend in school was asked to lie about her experience when she went to work for a staffing agency for her first job. She had no experience and they told her to say she had two years experience. That lie got her working.

Wouldn't they check references or anything though? I could be wrong but I was always under the impression that background checks could also check previous employers.
my point is i dont lie to or for anyone and i dont want to work with any recruitor or co that would dream of asking me to

I would not lie to get a job. It is far too easy to uncover your skeletons and if they ever come to light it can result in immediate dismissal. Thats a lot of risk, too much if you ask me.
i dont know if i should let the ceo of the co know or just ignore her or what

If they want you to lie, they're gonna lie to you.

Its better to be truthful. Being truthful is the basis of healthy relationships that support long term success.
