CNA/PCT Program

Nurses Entrepreneurs

I see a lot of Nurses wanting to teach and do thier own program. Why not just do all of it (CNA,HHA and PCT)? No one has mentioned the PCT part so I'm assuming it's harder then it sounds. I know a lot of hospitals are utilizing them so it would seem like it is well needed.

Hospitals and facilities could send new employers to your schoolsl for training if they dont do in house training. Or people could sign up for the program themselves. Just an idea for those who a CNA school to think about I guess.

It's easy to teach the course and submit all the documentation to the state, but getting the connections for students to do clinicals is hard. Most facilities have cc or university program's students there. If you started up your own you'd have to put in a lot of work to build a reputation and hope a facility is willing to give yours a chance.

I see. Didn't think about that. Thank you.
