Hello Friends, planning to start a Home health care agency for adults through a consultancy. Any suggestions and experiences are appreciated. Thanks

Home health care in this country is prime territory for poor compliance, malpractice and fraud, by ALL those involved. My suggestion is to retain a reputable attorney with home healthcare expertise. You don't set yourself up for very expensive problems. DIY is not a good idea, here.
