Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.

Hey how are you? I wanted know could you compare your national percentile for each of the four subject with mines I made a 73 on the teas and I was curious about my percentiles.
Ok, here's mine, but keep in mind that my college only accepts based on Reading and Math scores. Science and English are ignored, so I goofed off and had some fun, I picked A for every answer for English and randomly selected answers for Science. It turns out that random is better, I should have tried to answer all C's instead of A's, as the rumor is that C is generally right more often than any other choice, but I didn't think of it at the time.
I am pretty happy with my score, I think it will be good enough to get into the ADN program at the school I applied to. If I were trying to get into a BSN program, I would probably need to take it again.
I found the ATI study guide to be very helpful, as it has been 20 years since I was in High School and I felt I needed to freshen up on some of my basic curriculum.
As far as studying I purchased the official study guide and the McGraw Hill practice exams. I studied for about 5 days prior to the exam. I would recommend both as they are slightly different and covered different material, all of which was on the exam.
Hi, so I was noticing that next to the program type there are different options such as ADN/BSN and I was wondering if your program type changes anything about the test?
The test does not change depending on program type. Mean's and percentile ranks are calculated depending on the program type/institution you listed. For example an overall score of 90% may by 99th percentile for ADN but only 95th percentile for BSN programs.
Hopefully I will get into the nursing program! They only take the top 60 scores. But I've been told that the scores that get in are generally from the 60's to the 90s. I have to wait until January to find out if I got in or not! I think I will take the test one more time just to see if I can get my score up. The science section was much harder than the ATI study guide I thought! Good luck to all!
Hopefully, I can get into an entry-level masters NP program. I studying for about 2-3 weeks exclusively with the ATI study guide. I thought the English and Language Usage section was a little harder than what was on the practice tests though.
