I just got this email from EC, they stated these were the classes I needed to take. I thought I'd see Nursing Concepts 1-7 but instead I see this:
Essentials of Nursing Care: Health Safety
Essentials of Nursing Care: Chronicity
Essentials of Nursing Care: Reproductive Health
Health Differences Across the Life Span 1
Health Differences Across the Life Span 2
Health Differences Across the Life Span 3
Transition to the Registered Professional Nurse Role
NURx*274: Focused Clinical Competencies Assessment (FCCA)
Clinical Performance in Nursing (CPNE)
Can anyone help me with this, what does this mean? Is this because I enrolled after the deadline?

Yes.
You have seven nursing courses of 3, instead of 4, credits each, and another clinical exam.
That's it.

My hubby enrolled after the changes (I warned him) now it's a little more involved and a lot more expensive because he can't use my study guides (can he?)

I think he probably can -- the content hasn't changed that much that your study guides are no longer relevant. It's just a little re-arranged. If you download the new content guides, you can see where they map directly to the old exam content. I think there are a few new sections that deal with assessment.
