I passed my nclex-pn last november. I had my license in Northern Marianas Island (Saipan). I live in Colorado right now but planning to move to Texas on May. I started my application for endorsement to Texas already. Do you have any idea how long it takes the endorsement process? I know they wont give my temporary license yet since texas is not my resident. But on May Im planning to change my Drivers License to Texas so that I could have proof of my residency.

It may take a bid longer, since you are a foreign graduate , be prepared to send transcripts etc....
Best wishes
It may take a bid longer, since you are a foreign graduate , be prepared to send transcripts etc....but since Saipan is a commonwealth to USA, maybe you will have less of a hassle ...

The only ones able to tell you would be the folks with the Texas BON. Here's a link.
Welcome to the Texas Board of Nursing Website
So I received a letter from BON Texas last Saturday and telling me my endorsement was declined. I called today and they explained that I am over qualified or over educated since I took up BSN and an RN in the Philippines. I guess we are not moving to Texas. Im going to endorse my LPN license to Colorado. Whew... This year Im going to take the NCLEX-RN.
