Hi everyone! I'm planning to apply in SLMC-e.rod, though I heard that they will start the hiring process this coming September.. Do you have any idea on how many exams and interviews you will undergo before they will accept you for the training? Let me share with you the requirements needed: resume, photocopy of PRC license, board rating, board rating certificate, class ranking, GWA, TOR, diploma, and 2 pcs. 2x2 pics (white background)..

Your replies would be greatly appreciated..

Godbless! :wink2:

hello skindeep.. i am new here.. i just want to ask if where exactly will i pass my resume and board rating?.. in SLGC taguig or in e.rod??.. by the way, i just graduated and passed the board exam this 2011 w/ no trainings and seminars yet.. is there any chance that they will contact me after passing the requirements or they prioritize those w/ trainings and exp.. thnx so much..

St luke's global city. basement 1, hr.take the entrance in front of S&R.just as long as you have a board rating more than 80 they'll text you right away.

if ever you are accepted as a trainee in SLGC, do they require a payment for the training? thanks!

hello

just want to ask cuz i already passed all my requirements at st. lukes e.rod last august but they havent contact me yet.. Im still waiting but don't know for how long??

Just need some updates if they happen to contact anyone.:)

:)

they train nurses for manpooling, so just in case there is a vacancy they can just pull one out from their list of trainees. Even if you have previous experience in hospitals you still have to undergo their training; i think, it's part of their policy. once you passed the initial interview you will be asked to choose which area you want to be assigned to. So, for example you chose the er dept, you will have your training there. and if, only if, you top their training in that area you'll be most likely to have the vacant position. they have other areas to choose from such as ancillary and general areas.

my friend is now a trainee in ancillary dept. he said that he will be trained for 3 months.. and then after that whats next? did the hr told you that you will be automatically absorbed after 3 months of training? thanks!

80% board rating is that really a requirement for st. lukes?

yey! im New here.. is it true that st. lukes, global is still receiving for applicants?? Il be there in Manila next week.. because unfortunately, most of the hospitals here in our province adopt the BACKER SYSTEM and its kinda frustrating..I hope my journey there in manila would be worth it.. im kinda scared!haha :)):uhoh3:

i believe yes... my friend said it would be easier to hire you if you're 80% and up...

hello again skindeep. i just passed my resume this day. but the guard didn't let me go in to the HR dept instead he just said to me to just leave my resume and boardrating there and the HR personnel will get it. is it ok? is there a chance that they will contact me?

hey! thank God I have found your post skindeep! I also had a final interview for an er nurse trainee position at st. lukes global city by the er nurse director and the assistant nurse director two weeks ago. However, I am still waiting for a call or text from them. Have u already been texted to start the training? During the initial interview, we were said to wait for 1 week for a text and if we have not received one, that means that the application was not granted. Is that also applicable to the final interviewees? How was the interview for you?

After that, you wait. you will not be automatically absorbed unless you're on the top of their list. Also depends on the number of vacancies in that department.
