I'm so eager to know, do any hospitals hire graduates from Fortis? .. Or are hospitals still not recognizing them, despite their accreditation.

I'm looking at their website and do not see ACEN or CCNE accreditation nor do I see regional accreditation. I'm in a DNP program and have a done a fair amount of writing about accreditation in the past few months, and I do not recognize the 'accrediting agencies' they have listed.
OP, if you have not yet enrolled, please let me caution you away from enrolling in a for-profit nursing school. There are scads of treads here about how badly it can turn out. Couple that with the lack of relevant accreditation.......well, I hate to see that happen to anyone.

Fortis College is an investor-owned school with campuses in several states. They sometimes advertise their educational programs on daytime television commercials.
And I think Fortis is a new branding name. Cannot for the life of me think of what they used to be called.

It was formerly Bohecker College, a sister school to RETS Technical Institute in Centerville, Ohio
